The D-F-Fe probe is a digital sensor developed for the accurate determination of delta ferrite content in austenitic and duplex steels. Using the proven magnetic induction method (ISO 2178, ASTM D7091), it enables non-destructive, reliable measurement of ferrite phases that significantly influence weld quality, toughness, and corrosion resistance.
Unlike the FGAB1.3-Fe analog probe, the D-F-Fe is a digital probe, designed exclusively for use with the FERITSCOPE® DMP30 instrument.
